Two residential buildings collapse in Amman

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - After a residential building collapsed yesterday in an eastern Amman neighborhood, two more buildings in the same vicinity collapsed but there were no injuries as residents had already evacuated them, according to officials.

Following royal orders, authorities rushed to provide accommodation to 300, people who resided in the collapsed buildings in Jufeh, a neighborhood near the Amman's downtown. The two buildings were adjacent to a third building which partially collapsed yesterday, the ministry spokesman Fawza Ratrout said. He added that no casualties were reported because their residents were evacuated after yesterday’s incident.
