Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Relatively cold conditions are expected to remain Monday in the hilly areas and the desert regions, while it will be relatively warm in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, according to Jordan Meteorological Department(JMD).
Winds will be southeasterly moderate with frost formation after midnight.
A slight rise in temperatures is forecast on Tuesday, but it will continue to be relatively cold in the highlands and warm in the Jordan Valley , the Dead Sea and Aqaba, the JMD said.
Similar weather conditions are forecast on Wednesday, with high-altitude clouds and northwesterly moderate winds. Frost formation are also forecast after midnight in the hilly areas and parts of the Badia region and eastern plains.
Daytime temperatures expected in Amman and the northern parts will reach 14 degrees Celsius, dropping to 6 degrees at night, in the southern regions they will range between a high of 12 degrees and a low of 3. Mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will go up to 24 degrees, running down to 11 at night, the JMD added.
