Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Lt. General Mahmoud Abdul Halim Freihat on Thursday, received Acting US Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low Intensity Conflict Theresa Whelan and the accompanying delegation.

Talks during the meeting, which was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein, dealt with the latest regional and international developments as well as scopes of cooperation and coordination on a number of issues of concern to the armed forces of the two countries.
