Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - HRH Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein, the Regent, on Sunday met visiting French Defense Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian and discussed means to bolster ties between the two countries, mainly in the military domains.

During the meeting, Prince Faisal said that Jordan was keen to cement its ties with France in various fields.

The meeting also touched on efforts being exerted to address various crises in the Middle East and means to find political solutions to these crises to enhance regional security and stability. Further, regional and international efforts to combat terrorism were also reviewed.

The top French official praised the regional role played by Jordan.
