Jordan condemns Istanbul terrorist attack

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Jordan on Sunday condemned the terrorist attack that targeted new year celebrators in the Turkish city of Istanbul, leaving scores of dead and injured civilians.

Minister of State for Media Affairs and Communications and Government Spokesman Mohammed Al Momani expressed the Jordanian government's condolences to the Turkish people and government, while reiterating Jordan's rejection of all forms of terrorism.

Jordan, he added, stands firmly with Turkey in its fight against terrorism and said the war against terrorism requires more international collaboration.
