Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Scattered showers are expected in most regions on Tuesday as a cold front accompanied by a cold air mass is forecast to affect the Kingdom, according to Jordan Meteorological Department. Light snow is also forecast in the northern and central hilly areas, while winds will be westerly brisk with strong gusts at times.
A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Wednesday, but the weather will remain cold and partly cloudy across the Kingdom with south westerly to south easterly moderate winds.
Frost formation is also expected tonight and tomorrow in the hilly areas, the Badia and eastern plains.
Temperatures in Amman for today will range between a high of 7 degrees Celsius and a low of 2 degrees, while mercury levels in Aqaba will register a high of 18 degrees dropping down to 8 degrees at night.
