Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Relatively cold weather prevails in most regions on Sunday, but it will be fair in the Jordan Valley, Aqaba and the Dead Sea with possible light rain in the northern regions, according to Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Monday becoming 2 degrees above their seasonal average. Therefore, fair conditions will prevail with partly cloudy skies and possible light rain in the northern regions. Winds will be south easterly light to moderate picking up at times.
A cold air mass accompanied by a depression is expected to affect the Kingdom on Tuesday bringing heavy rain and causing temperatures to dip below their annual average.
Temperatures in Amman for today will range between a high of 15 degrees Celsius and a low of 4 degrees, while mercury levels in Aqaba will register a high of 23 degrees dropping down to 13 degrees at night.
