During the meeting, both sides affirmed the importance of maintaining continued contacts between the Senate and the government to consult on national issues to serve the higher interest of Jordan. Talks also covered the government's approach towards a number of files, mainly the economy and political reforms.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Senate President Faisal Fayez on Tuesday met with Prime Minister Hani Mulki and discussed with him means to boost cooperation between the legislative and executive authorities in line with the Speech from the Throne, which was delivered by His Majesty King Abdullah II yesterday.

During the meeting, both sides affirmed the importance of maintaining continued contacts between the Senate and the government to consult on national issues to serve the higher interest of Jordan.

Talks also covered the government's approach towards a number of files, mainly the economy and political reforms.
