Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A rise in temperatures is forecast on Thursday to become around their annual average; therefore it will be pleasant in most parts of the Kingdom and moderate in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), winds will be easterly to southeasterly moderate to brisk blowing dust in different parts of the country mainly in the southern and eastern areas.
Similar weather conditions are expected to continue over the weekend with clouds at low altitudes and a chance for scattered showers of rain in the central and northern regions, the JMD added.
Winds will be northwesterly moderate.
Daytime temperatures forecast in the capital for today will reach a high of 23 degrees Celsius dropping down to 13 degrees at night, while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will reach 31 degrees going down to 19 at night.
