Parliamentary special elections' committee sworn in

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The parliamentary elections' special committee took the oath, on Monday, in the presence of the president and members of the Independent Elections Commission's board of commissioners, the secretary general of the commission, operations manager and the legal consultant of the board.

The committee's members received the letters of their designations, in addition to regulations governing the electoral process as well as special booklets to enable the committee to fulfill its duties throughout the vote-counting process and declaration of the final results.

Earlier, the board of commissioners decided to form a special committee headed by Mustafa al-Barari and comprises Fahid Khaitan, Abdullah Zu'bi, Mashhour Al Refai, Tareq Momani, Mohammad Hassan Tal, Abdel Fattah Awamleh, Mahmoud Rashdan, Adab Saud, Abeer Dababneh, Kamal Saleh, Manal Swedan and Anas Atiyat as members.
