Jordan's ambassador to Uzbekistan attends Karimov's funeral

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Deputizing for His Majesty King Abdullah II, Jordan's ambassador to Uzbekistan, Saleh Jawarneh, took part on Saturday, at the funeral of the former Uzbek president Islam Karimov, who died yesterday due to a brain hemorrhage.

Jawarneh conveyed His Majesty's condolences to Karimov's family, the Uzbek government and the people of Uzbekistan.

The funeral took place in Samarkand, Karmimov's hometown, with the participation of a number of leaders and representatives from different countries.
