Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is expected Saturday; therefore it will be relatively hot in the hilly areas, hot in the desert regions and extremely hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily brief, a in temperatures is forecast over the next two days, but they remain around their annual average; therefore similar weather conditions will prevail across the country. Winds will be northwesterly moderate, the JMD added.
Daytime temperatures in the capital, the northern and southern governorates will reach 34 degrees Celsius, while mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 42 degrees dropping down to 30 degrees at night, the forecasters said.
