Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The cabinet, on Sunday, discussed the Prime Minister, Hani al-Mulki's and a ministerial team's visit to the Balqa governorate on Saturday, which came as an implementation of orders by His Majesty King Abdullah II to reach out to citizens to learn firsthand about their needs and check on the quality of services provided to them.
In his tour, al-Mulki laid the foundation stones for the Salt Industrial Estate, and the Salt Public Hospital's new building, part of which is designated for the medical school affiliated with Al Balqa Applied University.
The prime minister also checked on the workflow in various developmental and service projects that included Salt Heritage House, the new Salt Hospital building, the Salt Industrial Estate, the Ring Road, the Uqba Bin Nafi Plaza and the Saltus Hotel, which also includes a vocational training facility.
In the cabinet meeting, al-mulki instructed concerned ministers to follow-up on results of the Balqa visit and on decisions to be taken to speed up the work on developmental and service projects, in order to improve services provided to citizens.
in the meeting, the cabinet also endorsed a number of projects of concern to the public.
