It said officers were tipped off that a number of suspects were keeping hauls of drugs ready to smuggle them outside the country via a shipping office. After gathering information, agents managed to locate the shipping outlet that had received the consignment, and that by searching it, they found the oven with the pills stashed inside, added the statement. It said an investigation was initiated to determine those involved in the smuggling bid.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Anti-Narcotics Department agents foiled an attempt to smuggle 38,000 drug capsules concealed inside an oven, the agency said in a statement Tuesday.

It said officers were tipped off that a number of suspects were keeping hauls of drugs ready to smuggle them outside the country via a shipping office.

After gathering information, agents managed to locate the shipping outlet that had received the consignment, and that by searching it, they found the oven with the pills stashed inside, added the statement. It said an investigation was initiated to determine those involved in the smuggling bid.
