Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A rise in temperatures is expected on Thursday becoming 4-6 degrees above their annual average. Therefore, it will be warm across the Kingdom with high clouds and southeasterly moderate winds.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), cold conditions are expected at night in highlands, while it will be relatively cold in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea.
Similar warm conditions will continue to prevail on Friday with clouds at medium altitudes and southeasterly moderate to brisk winds, blowing dust in the desert areas, the JMD added.
On Saturday, scattered showers are expected in the eastern regions with southeasterly to northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, stirring dust in the desert areas, the meteorologists said.
Maximum temperatures in Amman for today will range between a high of 21 and a low of 7 degrees Celsius at night, while mercury levels in the gulf of Aqaba will hit 29 degrees dropping down to 12 at night.
