Home Jordan News Border guards foil infiltration attempt 26-10-2015 11:07 PM Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army source announced that Border guards foiled an infiltration attempt towards Syria by a vehicle tried to cross the borders, taking advantage of the prevailing bad weather conditions. In the wake of the incident, border guards applied rules of engagement used in such conditions which led to the destruction of the vehicle, the source said. The source added that the army will exercise zero-tolerance with anyone trying to harm Jordan security and its citizens as well.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army source announced that Border guards foiled an infiltration attempt towards Syria by a vehicle tried to cross the borders, taking advantage of the prevailing bad weather conditions.

In the wake of the incident, border guards applied rules of engagement used in such conditions which led to the destruction of the vehicle, the source said.

The source added that the army will exercise zero-tolerance with anyone trying to harm Jordan security and its citizens as well.
