Temperatures soar as heat wave sweeps across Jordan

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A rise in temperatures is expected on Monday and Tuesday, as the country remains under the impact of the heat wave started affecting the Kingdom this week.

According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), it will be hot and dry in most parts of the Kingdom and extremely hot in the Jordan Valley, Aqaba, the desert areas and eastern regions

Temperatures expected in Amman for today will range between a high of 39 degrees Celsius and a low of 27 degrees at night.
