The Public Security Department (PSD) said they received a tip off about suspects planning to smuggle the contraband through the airport and police placed them under surveillance. Upon entering the airport, one of the culprits was stopped and a search of his luggage by officers yielded 150,000 drug pills concealed in children's bags. Police also suspected another traveler booked on the same flight, and a search of his baggage yielded another 150,000 drug pills. The PSD said both traffickers admitted association with a third suspect who had sold them the narcotics. He was trapped and arrested while being in possession of 200,000 pills.
