Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The official website of HRH Crown Prince Al Hussein Bin Abdullah II was launched today, marking his 21 birthday.

The website (www.alhussein.jo) has both Arabic and English sections, and aims to provide an electronic and up-to-date platform on Crown Prince Al Hussein’s local and international activities. It also serves as a reference point for HRH’s speeches, op-eds and initiatives.

The website features the Hashemite Family Tree illustrating Crown Prince Al Hussein direct lineage from the Arab Chieftain Quraysh as the 42nd-generation direct descendant of Prophet Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

The website is uniquely branded with the Crown Prince’s flag; a Royal Standard consisting of segmented rays of black, white, green and red bands that are connected by a white seven-pointed star encompassing a silver crown. The multi-media rich website has a newsroom with regular updates and a photo gallery reflecting Crown Prince Al Hussein’s career and activities. It also showcases HRH’s official Instagram account and You Tube page.

Crown Prince Al Hussein is the patron of several socially driven initiatives related to sports, education, youth empowerment and employment as well as providing specialized care for segments of society with special needs, particularly hearing disabilities.
