Foreign Ministry asks Jordanians in Durban to be cautious

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Jordanian Embassy in South Africa is reaching out to Jordanians living in the city of Durban, following violence by South African mobs who attacked immigrants and expatriates living in the city.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs has urged Jordanians in the South African city to be cautious and call the embassy at 0027123468615, or the ministry's operations center at 0096265501444, if they need assistance.

Violence broke out in Durban a few days ago, as local residents attacked immigrants and expats.
