Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Israeli settlers accompanied by a number of rabbis on Tuesday stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied East Jerusalem, according to Palestinian sources , Petra News Agency reported.

The sources told Petra that the settlers performed provocative Talmudic rituals in the compound amid a state of tension prevailing among the workers of the Islamic Waqf in the Holy Mosque.

Meanwhile, Israeli soldiers stationed at the compound's gates prevented worshipers under the age of forty five from entering the Mosque after installing steel barricades at the opened doors.
