* The Syrian embassy will open its doors on Wednesday for Syrians living in Jordan to choose their next president.

AMMONNEWS - The Syrian embassy in Amman announced that it will open its doors to voters who will take part in their country’s- presidential elections on Wednesday. The expulsion of Syria's ambassador, last Monday, raised fears among Syrian nationals that they won't be able to participate in the election.

FM Nasser Judeh has expressed concern about "allowing" the Embassy to conduct Syrian election business. Two days before the election was scheduled, Syria's ambassador was asked to leave Jordan for an unidentified "insult " that crossed his "diplomatic line."

There are 600,000 Syrian registered refugees living in Jordan, in addition to the 500,000 Syrian who moved to Jordan before 2011
