His Majesty congratulated His Highness Sheikh Sabah on successful surgery and medical examinations he has undergone recently in the United States. The two leaders held talks dealt with a number of regional issues, especially efforts to achieve peace and stability in the Middle East and the latest developments in Syria . They stressed that regional circumstances require constant coordination and consultation to promote pan-Arab solidarity to address challenges facing the Arab nation and safeguard strategic interests.
