Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Minister of Political Development , Khaled Alclaldh , said that his government will not prohibit the Muslim Brotherhood in Jordan which has always been committed to the law.
In regards to media remarks commenting on the Egyptian authorities whom considered the Muslim Brotherhood in the country “terrorist group” , Alcaldh responded : “ we are not concerned with what is happening with the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, it is not permissible for us to intervene in this matter.”
In response to a question about the possibility of adopting the Egyptian experience and the prohibition of the activities of the Jordanian Muslim Brotherhood, Alcaldh replied ( who previously served as Secretary- General of the Social Left Movement) , that “the group is registered in Jordan , is legal and is recognized.”
He explained: “The Muslim Brotherhood is a global organization , but there is no connection between the overt form, brothers in Jordan and Egypt has nothing to do with each other , and as long as the Jordanian Muslim Brotherhood, is committed to the law the group will not be banned. “
