Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Hisham Soualqh - PSD warned citizens to not go out of the house after Amman entered a powerful wave of snow after ten o'clock on Thursday evening.

Security requested Ammon to ask fellow citizens not to go out of the house, but only for the most necessary reasons.

He stressed that the weather conditions will began to deteriorate with continued freezing road conditions implying a fear of accidents.

Citizens in the capital and various provinces and regions of the desert should avoid going out in the meantime, the presence of ice and snow could cause sliding various hazards. In the meantime , pedestrians should take the utmost caution in the case of out of necessity the maximum for their own safety .

The condition of the roads as follows:

Swaileh is closed due to snow accumulation.

The weather conditions at Jerash road have resulted in a lack of vision.

All internal roads are closed due to snow, also including Mahes and Fhais closed due to snow accumulation.

Internal Tafila roads are closed

Proceed on the desert road carefully due to a lack of vision
The head of Al-Negef is closed due to snow accumulation.
