Military forces in the vicinity of the Port of Aqaba

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS Ammon learned that military troops took the port of Aqaba on Saturday evening, which was before a strike was planned to be carried out by workers in the Ports Corporation .

A security source said that patrols have passed from the scene unnoticed and did not become stationed.

The Interior Minister said Saturday morning that the state will not allow any disability in the port of Aqaba work force, a main port and economic lifeline of the Kingdom, or allow damage to its own staff and salaried workers.

An additional interview with the minister will be held during a meeting in the Aqaba Governorate to discuss the implications of the protest, it is planned to implement staff workers and the port of Aqaba.
