Ammon News - AMMONNEWS -His Majesty King Abdullah II sent a letter on Thursday to the UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, congratulating him on winning the Dubai Expo 2020 bid.

The King said that the UAE victory is an Arab achievement and a culmination of the success and achievements of the UAE in various fields. The victory, he added, is an evidence of its ability to host such international events.

King Abdullah said he was proud of the distinguished and deep-rooted ties between the two countries and peoples, and voiced his keenness to further develop these, serving the two countries' and peoples' interests.
