AFDP to Host Roundtable on Grassroots Football in Asia

Ammon News - Petra- Under the chairmanship of HRH Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein, FIFA Vice President representing Asia and Chairman of the Asian Football Development Project (AFDP), AFDP will host on October 26 and 27, 2013 a roundtable discussion entitled The Saad Abdul Latif AFDP Grassroots Round Table in the Jordanian capital.

The PepsiCo-sponsored roundtable is dedicated to the memory of the late Mr. Saad Abdul Latif - CEO of PepsiCo Asia, Middle East, and North Africa until his unexpected passing in August of this year.

The roundtable aims to identify strategies for integrating grassroots and youth football development as a key objective of football organizations in Asia.

International football clubs and organizations such as AFC, UEFA, Bayern Munich FC, Chelsea FC, and football associations of Afghanistan, China, England, Germany, Japan, Jordan, Norway and Philippines will join the discussions.
