Police brake up protest, activist injured "Video"

Ammon News - Ammonnews - Mohammed Abuhmead - Police and gendarmerie forces used tear gas to disperse a pro-reform protest organized by youth pro-reform movement in Hay al-Tafaileh neighborhood in Amman, protestors launched fireworks at the police.

The protest, marched from Hay al-Tafaileh, following Friday mid-day prayer, towards the Royal court, calling for the release of Mu'nther Harasees,who was arrested for 14 days pending investigation, and other detained activists. An activist was injured during the clashes and was transferred to the hospital.
