JUST Public Affairs Official Muhannad Malkawi clarified to Ammon News that the study halls of a new building were evacuated as a result of a student breaking and setting off a fire alarm. The students were evacuated from the building because the "real reason" the alarm was set off was not yet known, said Malkawi, indicating that classes are now back in session.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Students on Monday were evacuated from one of the buildings in Jordan University for Science and Technology (JUST) located in the outskirts of Irbid, at Al Ramtha, northern Jordan, according to the student eye-witness statements.

JUST Public Affairs Official Muhannad Malkawi clarified to Ammon News that the study halls of a new building were evacuated as a result of a student breaking and setting off a fire alarm.
