In a press release on Tuesday, the PSD said that the Anti-Narcotics Department responded to an earlier tip-off about a huge quantity of drugs in possession of an Arab-nationality person who intended to smuggle it into the Kingdom from one of the neighboring countries. The smuggled items were seized and the person involved in the smuggling attempt was referred to concerned authorities for questioning.

Ammon News - AMMAN (Petra) - The Anti-Narcotics Department personnel foiled an attempt to smuggle 750 thousand Captagon drug pills, according to the Public Security Directorate (PSD).

In a press release on Tuesday, the PSD said that the Anti-Narcotics Department responded to an earlier tip-off about a huge quantity of drugs in possession of an Arab-nationality person who intended to smuggle it into the Kingdom from one of the neighboring countries.

The smuggled items were seized and the person involved in the smuggling attempt was referred to concerned authorities for questioning.
