During the meeting, attended by His Royal Highness Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein, President of the Jordan Football Association, Vice President the International Football Federation (FIFA), King Abdullah highlighted opportunities available for strengthening cooperation between Jordan and the UEFA and FIFA in various fields of sports. Platini hailed His Majesty the King's support for youths and the development of Jordanian football. He also commended Jordan's relief efforts to the Syrian refugees, including a project, headed by HRH Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein, to develop Asian football to support refugees through engaging them in educational sessions designed to instill positive values in society.
