Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Queen Noor al-Hussein continuously follows up on local Jordanian affairs, particularly the strain and struggle of Syrian refugees in the kingdom.

With over 286,000 followers on Twitter, Queen Noor on Thrusday retweeted Ammon News' coverage of the inauguration of the newest camp for Syrian refugees in Mraijib al-Fhood near Zarqa, funded and operated by he United Arab Emirates.

Queen Noor, the wife of the Late King Hussein bin Talal, is an outspoken voice on issues of international exchange and understanding of Arab, Muslim and Western relations, and conflict prevention and recovery issues such as refugees, missing persons, poverty, climate change, and disarmament.
