Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Minister Education, Wajih Owais on Sunday discussed with a Turkish delegation, representing the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, means of boosting bilateral academic, cultural and scientific cooperation.

Talks during the meeting dealt with signing a new cultural exchange protocol that determines the basis of accepting undergraduate students as well as obtaining grants and scholarships in various academic degrees.

Owais said that the new protocol includes allocating part of the scholarships for students through direct competition, while another part will be mutual between the two countries' ministries of education.
