Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - - LG Electronics - the world’s leading Company in digital technology, mobile phones and household appliances - and New Vision - the exclusive distributor of LG air-conditions in Jordan - concluded their Free A/C Maintenance Campaign. The Campaign was launched as part of both Companies’ ongoing efforts to provide customers with top-notch after-sales services for their air-conditions, in light of the fast approaching summer season.

As part of the 10-day Campaign, a specialized technical team from New Vision and LG Electronics inspected A/Cs, cleaned filters and checked electrical wirings and cables in addition to inner and outer units. They also provided customers with detailed reports on the necessary spare-parts needed to enhance the performance of their A/Cs and gave out discount coupons on A/Cs from New Vision showrooms.

“We are delighted at the success of this Campaign which offered free-of-charge premium maintenance services to 560 customers across the Kingdom. Our decision to launch the Free A/C Maintenance Campaign stems from our genuine interest in continuously engaging with our customers and receiving their feedback and suggestions. It also reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch after-sales services that provide them with high performance A/Cs,” commented New Vision’s CEO Eng. Qusai Al-Gharaibeh.

New Vision owns four showrooms, three of which are located in Amman in Mathari Complex, Al-Salam Markets and in Al-Mugablain area, and one in Irbid. During 2012, New Vision plans to unveil four new showrooms across the entire Kingdom, set up on par with the highest international technical standards.
