Ammon News - You've been hearing about so many TV series for the month of Ramadan, but have you heard about Bawabat Al Quds?
AMMONNEWS- This series is about the historic relationship between Jordanians and Palestinians and how their lives have been intertwined for decades.
The series, which was initially entitled "Al Nahr Al Hazeen" or The Sad River, pointing to the River Jordan, sheds light on the historic events between 1946 to 1956 in Palestine.
Shooting took place in Jordan, in outside locations in Al Salt, Jerash, Amman and Al Fuhais.
Locations were found to be very similar to the actual locations in Palestine.
The original soundtrack, which is a melange of contemporary, traditional music, is composed by creative Jordanian musician Tareq Al Naser.
Bawabat Al Quds is considered the largest in the history of Jordanian Drama and is being aired on the Jordanian satellite channel and Qatar TV.
