Jordan advances 14 ranks on UN Human Development Index

Ammon News - AMMAN- A report unveiled by the UN Development Program (UNDP) revealed that Jordan advanced 14 ranks on the 2010 Human Development Index, ranking 82 out of 169 countries.

According to a press release by Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, Jordan's ranking improved from "medium development" to "advanced development" country.

The report entitled "The Real Wealth of Nations: Pathways to Human Development" ranked Jordan 8th among Arab countries.
