Ammon News - Three people were injured and a house and several vehicles were damaged on Saturday when shrapnel from an aerial object fell on a house in Idoun district in Irbid Governorate.

The Public Security Directorate (PSD) stated that a report was received on Saturday morning that an unknown object had fallen on a house in Irbid, injuring three people. They were taken to the hospital and are currently in good condition.

The shrapnel penetrated the walls of the house, causing injuries and material damage.

Specialized teams from the Jordanian Armed Forces and Public Security Directorate began investigating the incident, while security forces imposed a security cordon around the area to ensure public safety.

Security authorities called on citizens to avoid approaching any suspicious or unknown objects and to report them immediately, for the safety of all.
