Bakhit's Gov't Takes Oath

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Jordan's new government, headed by Prime Minister Marouf Bakhit took the constitutional oath of office before King Abdullah on Wednesday evening.

The new cabinet includes

Saad Hayel Srour: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior

Samir Habashneh : Minister of State and Minister of Agriculture

Khaled Touqan: Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources

Dr. Hani Mulqi: Minister of Industry and Trade

Abdul Raheem Okoor: Minister of Awqaf (Endowments) and Islamic Affairs

Muhammad Naser Judeh: Minister of Foreign Affairs

Dr. Muhammad Abu Hammour: Minister of Finance

Dr. Wajih Oweis: Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research

Taher Odwan: Minister of State for Media Affairs and Communications

Yahya Al Kasbi: Minister of Public Works and Housing

Haifa Abu Ghazaleh: Minister of Tourism

Muhannad Qudah: Minister of Transportation

Hussein Mujalli: Minister of Justice

Dr. Yassin Husban: Minister of Health

Dr. Taher Shakhsheer: Minister of Environment
