Police prevents Libyan protestors Attempt to Storm their Embassy in Amman

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Abut 200 young Libyan men on Sunday tried to storm the building of their country's embassy in Amman, throwing rocks in protest of delaying their benefits for housing and health treatment during their stay in Jordan.

The police intervened to prevent the crowds to storm the building and dispersed them.

Early last week the Jordanian authorities arrested dozens of Libyans for allegedly torching several facilities at a police academy in Amman.
