UN Honors Mohammed Qaseem Ghadi in Australia

AMMONNEWS - Australia won the Jordanian Student Mr. Mohammed Qaseem Ghadi a certificate of appreciation from the United Nations to report on his research (peacekeeping operations in the Middle East), which was discussed during the celebration of the anniversary of the declaration of the UN Charter at the United Nations Association of Australia (UNAA).

The research contains in its three parts detailed explanation of the most prominent historical landmarks of the United Nations since 1945 to 1999. In the first part dealt with the main conferences and the decisions taken, including the Joint Declaration between the Allies, the Atlantic Charter, the United Nations Declaration of 1942, the declaration of Moscow and Tehran, and Dumbarton Oaks Conference, the Yalta Conference, and the Conference of San Francisco. The second part focused on the most prominent organizations and units that operate within the United Nations and around the world and duties. In the third part of the focus was on Jordan's role and leadership in support of UN missions, improve security and world peace through the participation of Jordan in a number of UN missions, which considers Jordan a solid foundation in international relations.

The International Day of UN celebrated around the world each year is devoted to shed light on the goals and achievements of the United Nations around the world and has been the practice to this day is characterized by meetings, discussions and presentations on the group's goals and achievements. At the end of the ceremony the President of the Association Elizabeth Engel honored a number of supporters of the conference and in honor of three young people to win their research as the best 3 Research Introduction to the Association of the United Nations for this year among the 63 research, including people from Europe and another on Asia and Jordanian student Mohammed Qaseem Ghadi on the Middle East.

These students also received three formal invitation to visit the headquarters of the United Nations in New York next month
