Applications for internal university grants and loans begin
The Missions Directorate at the Ministry of Higher Education has begun accepting electronic applications for missions, grants, and internal loans for the academic year 2024-2025. The deadline is 3:30 pm on Thursday, November 14, 2024.
The Ministry urged all students interested in these programs to visit the Missions Directorate website at www.dsamohe.gov.jo and complete the online application form within the designated timeframe. The Ministry emphasized the significance of examining the guidance bulletin containing fundamental instructions and advice, accessible on the Directorate's website as well.
The Ministry clarified that applying is completely done online and no documentation is needed, unless for certain situations like providing a 'student proof document' for siblings studying at universities abroad or private Jordanian community colleges, as outlined in the guidance bulletin. The Ministry urged students and parents to avoid visiting the Ministry's headquarters to streamline processes, stating that it is unnecessary, and recommended utilizing the Ministry's official Facebook and Twitter platforms for inquiries.
The ministry will announce students' grades based on their academic and economic information, with objections and supporting documents being considered afterwards. The ministry will make one final selection of scholarship, grant, and loan recipients, with the results, candidate names, and scores being transparently announced for each group.
It was acknowledged that the student needs to make sure that the message 'Your application has been successfully stored' shows up after finishing the online application procedure in order to confirm the application has been saved.
