The university's strategy is to leverage its capabilities to strengthen its international standing.
UniRanks President Robert Love discussed the foundation’s mission to equip young people with tools and expertise for success in higher education and the job market. He encouraged a forward-looking approach to educational improvement, stressing UniRanks’ efforts to connect students, universities, and the global labor market.
The conference, which gathers educators, university officials, and sector experts, is designed to introduce students to emerging tools, including AI-powered guidance systems that support educational and career decision-making.
Presentations focus on modern methods for aligning students’ skills and interests with appropriate specializations and career paths, thus boosting their employability and readiness for future challenges.
The CareerOneStop-backed Academic Guidance and Career Guidance Initiative, sponsored by the US Department of Labor, is a key component of the conference. This initiative spans the Arab world, North Africa, and parts of Asia, aiming to prepare students to excel in the global job market.
The event also features a student exhibition where local and international universities, companies, and training institutions offer students insights into academic and professional opportunities, ultimately supporting their future career success.
