Day 271 of Genocide: Palestinian civilians killed, injured, in Israeli bombardment of Gaza
A number of Palestinian were killed and injured at dawn on Wednesday in missile and artillery shelling and gunfire by Israeli occupation vehicles on various areas of the Gaza Strip.
A number of people were killed and others were injured as Israeli occupation aircraft bombed citizens’ homes in Al-Shuja’iya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, where ambulances were unable to arrive to transport them to the hospital due to gunfire from Israeli marches.
The city's Shuja'iya neighborhood saw violent explosions, artillery shelling, and gunfire from military vehicles, Quadcopter drones, and an Apache helicopter.
Paramedics retrieved seven slain people and seven injuries from under the rubble as a result of the Israeli aircraft targeting a house owned by Maqat family in the vicinity of Sheikh Radwan Pool, north of Gaza City.
They were taken to the Baptist Hospital in the city.
Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City, saw artillery shelling and shooting by Israeli occupation army vehicles on citizens’ homes.
The occupation artillery fired shells at citizens' homes in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, coinciding with the firing of 'Quad Capter' marches on various areas in the neighborhood and in the Old City.
An Israeli warplane also targeted with a single missile Al-Ghafri printing press on Jaffa Street in Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
WAFA correspondent said that search operations continued for missing persons inside buildings destroyed as a result of an Israeli missile strike that targeted a residential complex in Zarqa area of Gaza City.
Medical sources in the Palestinian Red Crescent said their crews transfered two casualties as a result of the occupation aircraft bombing a house owned by Kurd family in Beit Lahia project in the northern Gaza Strip, to Kamal Adwan Hospital in the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip to receive treatment.
Israeli artillery shelling targeted several areas in Nuseirat camp, the city of Al-Zahra, and Al-Mughraqa area in the central Gaza Strip, coinciding with heavy gunfire.
The occupation army also bombed homes in the center and west of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli occupation forces' aggression against the Gaza Strip, by land, sea and air, which began on October 7, 2023, has so far killed more than 37,925 citizens, the majority of whom are women and children, and injured more than 87,141 others, in an infinite toll, as thousands of victims remain under the rubble.
