Jordan Media Forum honors Ammon News Agency, media institutions
The Jordan Forum for Media and Digital Communication, which was launched under the patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Bisher Khasawneh on Tuesday, honored media institutions for their contribution to advancing the media process over the past 25 years.
The Prime Minister's representative, Minister of Government Communications, Dr. Mohannad Mubaideen, honored Ammon News Agency and the leading media institutions in media work during the reign of His Majesty King Abdullah II.
The honorees are:
- Former Minister Ibrahim Ezz El-Din
- Former Minister Nasser Al-Lawzi, the first Minister of Information during the reign of King Abdullah II.
- Former Minister Faisal Al-Shaboul, the first Minister of Government Communications.
- Jordan Media City, and received by Radhi Al-Khas
- Hala FM Radio, hosted by Mohamed Musleh.
- Yarmouk College of Mass Communication, and was presented by the Dean of the College, Dr. Amjad Al-Qadi.
- Al Ra'i newspaper, the first electronic newspaper to establish an electronic website and its editor-in-chief, Khaled Al-Shaqran.
- Ad-Dustour newspaper, the first newspaper to create a podcast platform, was appointed by its editor-in-chief, Mustafa Al-Riyalat.
- Al-Haqiqa International Channel, hosted by Khaled Al-Masry.
- Jordan Zad website, received by its publisher, Ahmed Al-Wakeel.
- Ammon News website, received by its publisher, Samir Al-Hiyari.
- Sowt platform, delivered by Ramzi Tasdal.
- Caroline Faraj, received on her behalf by Hadeel Ghabboun.
