Highway Patrol Department cadres caught a cargo vehicle driver smoking a hookah while driving, on the Highway road.
Capt. Sufyan Al-Atoum from the Highway Patrol Department said that the department dealt with several accidents over the past 24 hours, the most notable of which was a deterioration of a cargo vehicle loaded with petroleum on the Highway road towards Amman, where the accident resulted in the injury of the driver, and the petroleum substance spilled on the road.
