The UN expert, British lawyer Michael Wood, spoke on Thursday before the International Court of Justise (ICJ) as part of the Jordanian legal team for oral arguments before the court.

Wood was part of the Jordanian delegation headed by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi, who presented Jordan's plea before the ICJ in The Hague regarding the advisory opinion requested by the United Nations General Assembly regarding Israeli practices that affect the human rights of the Palestinian people in the occupied Palestinian territories, including East Jerusalem.
