Jordan facilitates crossing of 26 UN aid trucks to Gaza
The Public Security Directorate (PSD) announced on Monday that it had facilitated the entry of a number of World Food Program (WFP) trucks into the occupied territories.
26 trucks belonging to the WFP crossed the Jordanian territory from the Sheikh Hussein crossing towards the Kerem Shalom border crossing and from there to the Gaza Strip, a source in the PSD said.
The trucks that headed to the Gaza Strip included 17 trucks loaded with preparations, materials, and food parcels, 3 trucks carrying canned food, a truck of rice, and 5 trucks loaded with clothes.
