Jordan Post Company launches commemorative stamps for Crown Prince's wedding
The Jordan Post Company on Sunday announced the launch of a new commemorative stamps on the occasion of the wedding of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, and Princess Rajwa Al Hussein.
The statement explained that the issuance of commemorative stamps aims to preserve and commemorate the Kingdom’s achievements and national occasions or those associated with major celebrations during a certain period, allowing collectors of commemorative stamps from around the world to view Jordanian heritage.
The issue of the stamps which consists of two postage stamps, a card and an envelope on the first day of issue, aims to document the royal wedding that was celebrated by Jordanians throughout Jordan in the middle of the current year 2023.
The stamps will be available to be obtained on Thursday, January 11, 2024, in the company’s building in Al-Muqabalayn, next to the Radio and Television Building, according to the statement.
