300,000 artifacts in Jordan not display in museums
Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Makram Qaisi said that 300,000 artifacts are in the ministry’s warehouses and are not displayed in museums.
He said during a press conference held with Minister of Government Communications Muhannad Mubaideen on Tuesday that the number of artifacts displayed in museums is only in the thousands.
The Ministry is working on several projects, the most important of which is a project to preserve collectibles, which cost JD6 million, Qaisi added.
